Job summary

Sanofi in Hyderabad, India is seeking a Global Executive Assistant Capability Support Specialist on a contract basis for 1 year extendable. You will provide administrative and talent acquisition support, manage calendars, arrange travel, and handle vendor management from the Sanofi Hyderabad office.

The payroll is on a third‑party basis for ease of management. The ideal candidate has experience as an Assistant/Coordinator in a fast-paced corporate environment, with strong organizational skills

Qualifications

  • A professional or academic qualification in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Assistant/Coordinator or similar role in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and talent acquisition support to Heads of Global Exec Dev and Global Capability Office, including scheduling meetings and assisting with operational tasks.
  • Manage the heads' calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings to optimise time.
  • Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, focusing on cost-effectiveness.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents as required.
  • Raise purchase orders and handle vendor management through all stages from setup to payment.
  • Screen and prioritise calls, emails, and other communications, responding or redirecting as appropriate.
  • Assist in meetings, conferences, and events logistics, materials, and catering arrangements.
  • Handle sensitive/confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and implement efficient solutions.

The Global Exec Dev and Global Capability teams are part of the Global Talent COE

Main responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and talent acquisition support to Heads of Global Exec Dev and Global Capability Office team, including scheduling meetings, and assisting with other operational tasks.
  • Manage the Global Exec Dev and Global Capability Office Heads’ calendars, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings to optimise time efficiency.
  • Arrange travel itineraries, considering cost-effectiveness and time constraints, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents as required.
  • Raise purchase orders (POs) and handle vendor management, overseeing all stages from set up to payment.
  • Screen and prioritise incoming calls, emails, and other forms of communication, responding or redirecting as appropriate.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics, materials, and catering arrangements.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and implement efficient solutions.
About you
Experience:

Professional or academic qualification in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

Technical & Soft Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Assistant, Coordinator, or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and maintain a high level of discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition processes, including interview scheduling, onboarding, and vendor management, is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
Language:

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
