Job summary

Sanofi Business Operations in India seeks a seasoned analytics professional to own and advance Medical Analytics platforms. You will build and govern dashboards, ensure data quality, and align IT solutions with global stakeholders.

Bring 6+ years of experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Python, SQL, Snowflake and advanced Excel, plus strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills; you will automate processes and train teams across the Sanofi network.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6+ years' experience with analytical tools such as Power Platform(Power BI, Power Apps & Power Automate), Python, SQL, Snowflake, Advance Excel.
• Soft skills: Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills and experience working in a global context.
• Technical skills: Working experience of using analytical tools like Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, Power Apps, Python, Snowflake & advanced excel.
• Experience of developing and managing applications and dashboards.
• Excellent planning, design, project management and documentation skills.
• Expertise of understanding and working with large set of data.

Responsibilities

Sanofi Business Operations is an internal Sanofi resource organization based in India and is setup to centralize processes and activities to support Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, and R&D, Data & Digital functions. Sanofi Global Hub strives to be a strategic and functional partner for tactical deliveries to Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations in Sanofi, Global.

Main responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and maintain governance frameworks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and policies for Medical Analytics operations.
• Ensure reporting on Project Management activities, project resources, budget, and timelines.
• Ensure on time and accurate delivery of all analytics and dashboard requirement by collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure Apps, dashboards and solutions are developed and maintained as per requirements.
• Monitor adherence to governance protocols and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support audit readiness and participate in internal/external audits as required.
• Responsible for access management of all applications.
• Ensuring data consistency across all applications.
• Pro-actively identifying analytical and application requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Providing training on analytical tools and usage.
• Building advance tools and automate or improve processes for analytical and other needs.

People

• Maintain effective relationship with internal peers and stakeholders.
• Liaise and coordinate with colleagues in global and local teams to understand their requirements.
• Co-ordinating and performing QC Activities ensuring highest standards of delivery.

Performance

• Build and maintain apps, dashboards and automated solutions as per agreed timelines and quality.
• Data Quality assessment: Identify abnormalities in the data monitored and develop report as per regulatory requirements.
• Smart solutions by leveraging technology in most optimized way.

Stakeholder

• Work closely with global teams to ensure the end-to-end effective project delivery on time and maintaining a cordial relation with them.

Process

• Ensure on time and accurate delivery of all IT solutions requirements.
• Ensure data quality and consistency are maintained throughout the lifecycle of tracker/dashboard.
• Pro-actively identifying analytical requirements.
• Assist in managing medical plans in project management system.
• Reporting and follow ups on Project Management activities, project resources, budget, and timelines
• Understanding IT solutions requirement of all relevant stakeholders and develop solution accordingly
• Continuously exploring the new features and add on, assess different tools to improve the overall performance in a cost-effective way
• Managing access for IT Solutions.
• Developing SOPs for dashboards and other IT solutions.

About you Experience

Minimum of 6+ years' experience with analytical tools such as Power Platform(Power BI, Power Apps & Power Automate), Python, SQL, Snowflake, Advance Excel Soft skills: Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills and experience working in a global context Technical skills:

• Expertise of understanding and working with large set of data

Education

Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, pharma or related field

Languages

Languages: Excellent knowledge in English and strong communication skills – written and spoken.
