Saanvi Nexus is seeking a seasoned GitHub Architect/Platform Engineer to oversee GitHub Enterprise architecture, governance, CI/CD, security and large-scale adoption.

The role involves leading migrations, setting governance standards, and collaborating with multiple teams to ensure enterprise readiness and compliance within a primarily Office-based Bengaluru setup.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in GitHub Enterprise platforms.
• Design, governance and adoption of GitHub Enterprise at scale.
• Lead SCM migrations from Bitbucket, GitLab, SVN, Perforce, Azure DevOps to GitHub Enterprise.

Responsabilités

• Design and govern GitHub Enterprise including orgs, repos, teams, permissions and policies.
• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions with Self-hosted Runners and ARC.
• Implement and manage GitHub Advanced Security (GHAS) – Code and Secret Scanning, Dependabot.
• Administer GitHub Copilot licensing, governance and responsible AI practices.
• Lead SCM migrations to GitHub Enterprise from multiple platforms.
• Conduct POCs, architecture assessments and DevSecOps initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, platform teams and GitHub TAM/support.
• Create governance standards, docs and enablement for dev teams.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced GitHub Enterprise Architect / Platform Engineer to drive GitHub Enterprise architecture, governance, CI/CD, security, and enterprise adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and govern GitHub Enterprise, including organizations, repositories, teams, permissions, branching strategies, and enterprise policies.


• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, including Self-hosted Runners and GitHub Actions Runner Controller (ARC).


• Implement and manage GitHub Advanced Security (GHAS) – Code Scanning, Secret Scanning, and Dependabot.


• Administer and enable GitHub Copilot across enterprise environments, including licensing, governance, and responsible AI practices.


• Lead SCM migrations from Bitbucket, GitLab, SVN, Perforce, Azure DevOps, and other platforms to GitHub Enterprise.


• Conduct POCs, architecture assessments, platform optimization, and DevSecOps initiatives.


• Work closely with engineering, security, platform teams, leadership, and GitHub support/TAM teams to resolve enterprise-level issues and escalations.


• Create governance standards, documentation, best practices, and enablement programs for development teams.
