Job summary

Bzpp is seeking a Supplier Quality Incharge – Electrical Commodity in Penukonda, Andhra Pradesh, India. The role requires deep knowledge of EV electrical parts and hands-on experience with AIAG core tools, along with supplier auditing and management responsibilities.

The incumbent will collaborate with NPD/Production teams, oversee supplier audits, drive improvements, and ensure compliance with IATF16949/ISO9001 across suppliers in the electrical commodity stream.

Qualifications

• Min 6 years of experience in handling electrical parts (EV components).
• Strong knowledge of AIAG Core tools (SPC, MSA, PFMEA, CP, APQP).
• Experience in supplier auditing and supplier management.
• Ability to travel to supplier locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with NPD/Production and supplier teams to identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor vehicle assembly inline/field issues and drive continuous improvement at supplier end.
• Plan and conduct regular audits at supplier end to validate process and product.
• Ensure adherence to IATF16949/ISO9001 and assist suppliers with quality management systems.

• Having knowledge on electrical parts including EV-specific parts (BMS, Electric motors, Switches, IBU, ACU, wiring harnesses, and headlamps, etc. … (Min 6 Years of experience in handling electrical parts)


• Exposure to PCB assembly processes - SMT Manufacturing (Stencil printing, Component placing, Reflow soldering, AOI/EOL, Testing etc.).


• Collaborate with NPD/Production / Supplier teams and Identify root causes and implement robust corrective and preventive actions at the supplier’s end.


• Monitor Vehicle Assy FTTQ Inline /Field Issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives at supplier end.


• Having Strong knowledge in AIAG Core tools (SPC,MSA,PFMEA,CP,APQP).


• Ability to travel to supplier locations as needed.


• Managing T1, T2~Tn Suppliers, Plan/Conduct regular audits at supplier end to validate process & product.


• Ensure compliance and assist suppliers with adherence to the Quality Management System ( IATF16949/ISO9001 ).
