Job summary

Geonix is seeking a warehouse associate in Delhi to manage daily goods movement, loading outbound vehicles, and unloading inbound stock. The role requires physical fitness and adherence to safety protocols while meeting daily dispatch targets.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations and basic education (10th/12th). Prior loading/unloading experience is preferred, with attention to accurate weight capture for dispatch documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations, loading/unloading, or goods movement.
• Physically fit and able to handle material movement.
• Understanding of warehouse safety and material handling procedures.
• Ability to work under daily operational timelines.
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• 10th/12th Pass – any discipline.
• Prior loading/unloading experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily goods movement within the warehouse.
• Ensure safe and systematic material handling.
• Perform loading of outbound vehicles as per dispatch schedules.
• Support timely dispatch completion as per operational targets.
• Unload inbound goods from vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Segregate goods based on SKU, category, location, and inward documents.
• Move materials from unloading area to designated bin/rack locations.
• Update warehouse teams once put-away is completed.
• Achieve daily loading targets and coordinate with counterparts to ensure timely completion.
• Capture weight of all dispatch goods before loading and ensure billing accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Goods Movement in Warehouse

• Handle daily goods movement within the warehouse.
• Ensure safe and systematic material handling.

2. Vehicle Loading

• Perform loading of outbound vehicles as per dispatch schedules.
• Support timely dispatch completion as per operational targets.

3. Inward Goods Vehicle Unloading

• Unload inbound goods from vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Ensure materials are received without damage.
• Segregate goods based on SKU, category, location, and inward documents.
• Maintain clean and organized areas for easier identification.

5. Put-Away of New Inward Stock

• Move materials from unloading area to designated bin/ rack locations.
• Update warehouse teams once put-away is completed.

6. Daily Loading Targets

• Achieve daily loading targets as planned by the operations team.
• Coordinate with counterparts to ensure timely completion.
• Capture weight of all dispatch goods before loading.
• Ensure accuracy for billing and transport documentation.
