L&T Technology Services seeks candidates for a Full-time Associate Engineer Trainee across India locations including Bangalore, Chennai, Mysore, and more. The 15-month training period begins with three months of classroom training and stipend of INR 25,000 per month as an intern, followed by one-year on-job training as an Associate Engineer.

Selected trainees will be hired as Trainee and must sign a bond of INR 2 Lakhs for 2 years 9 months.

Qualifications

• Engineering students with full-time education and 60% marks in each program.
• Graduation scores: minimum 60% or 6.75 CGPA, no backlogs at application time.
• Minimum hiring age 18 years.

The Period of training will be for up to 15 months from the date of initial commencement of training. First three months will be under classroom training with stipend of INR 25,000 / month, as an intern and next twelve months, post successful completion of classroom training, you will be on on-job training as Associate Engineer.

Job Description

The details of the drive are as follows:

• Branch –Mechanical, Electrical (EE), Metallurgical Engineering, Mechatronics.
• Type of Offer –Full time (Associate EngineerTrainee)
• Compensation –Rupees Four Lakh One Hundred per annum only.
• Job Location –Acrosslocations in India viz Mysore, Vadodara, Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune & Delhi. Final posting location will be solely based on business requirements and on management discretion.
• The selected students will be hired as Trainee and will have to sign an undertaking/bond amounting to INR 2 Lakhs for a2years &9 months period.

Students Eligibility Criteria

• All applicants should have completed their full time educational program including 10th, 12th (+2 / Pre-University Courses / Diploma) with an aggregate of60% or 6.75 CGPA in each of their program.
• Graduation scores basis the latest available marks should be an aggregate of60% or 6.75 CGPA
• No backlogs at the time of application.
• Selected candidates to ensure to pass their final year examination in the first attempt.
• Minimum hiring age is 18 years at the time of joining.
