Job summary

Kuche7 manufacturing Pvt Ltd. in Bhiwandi is hiring Graduate Engineer / Trainee (GET) in Mechanical Engineering. Fresh graduates from 2024–2026 are welcome. You will assist in production planning, monitor processes, and support design with AutoCAD/SolidWorks, contributing to quality and efficiency in a manufacturing setup.

The role offers hands-on training, exposure to production technologies, and a path to develop engineering skills in a luxury manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• B.E. (Mechanical) or Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile/Production/Mechatronics/CAD-CAM or ITI as listed.
• Fresh graduates with eligible batches 2024, 2025 & 2026 are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist in production planning and daily manufacturing activities.
• Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Coordinate with shop floor teams for smooth operations.
• Support process improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives.
• Maintain production reports and documentation.
• Assist in preparation of technical drawings and product designs.
• Work on AutoCAD/SolidWorks drawings and modifications.
• Coordinate with production teams for design feasibility.
• Support R&D and product development activities.
• Maintain design records and BOM documentation.
• Assist in vendor development and supplier coordination.
• Support purchase order processing and material follow-ups.
• Coordinate with stores and production teams for material requirements.
• Compare quotations and prepare procurement reports.
• Assist in production planning and execution under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Monitor and maintain production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth workflow and timely completion of production targets.
• Maintain documentation related to production processes, quality checks, and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all production activities.
• Identify potential issues in the production line and propose solutions.
• Participate in training sessions to gain hands-on experience with manufacturing techniques and tools.
