Required Skills:

• Proficiency in the German language, both spoken and written.
• Experience in telesales or a similar voice process role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
