Job summary

Datamark, Inc. is seeking a client-facing bilingual support specialist to handle English–German communications. You will interpret conversations, uphold quality standards, and assist clients with precise language support.

The role requires flexibility for rotational night shifts, strong listening and communication skills, and teamwork in a free, positive work environment. Fresher candidates with German and English proficiency are welcome and will be given high priority.

Job description

Responsibilities

1. Listening and precisely interpreting communication between two different language speaking Customers/Clients (Ex: English & German)
2. Adhering to standard operating procedures required for the process and organization
3. Responsible for quality goals and implementation of any client updates from time‑to‑time

Qualifications

1. Candidates should be very fluent in bilingual speaking (Ex: English & German)
2. Command over language with good understanding skills is required
3. Good communication skills is required
4. Candidate should be a good listener
5. Candidates with certification in German Language, German Language trainers, German Language associate, or customer support German Language will be given high preference
6. Fresher with good proficiency in speaking German and English Language
7. Candidate should be energetic and should have a positive approach towards issue handling
8. Candidates should be flexible to work in rotational shifts, major night shifts (5 days per week & 2 days off)
