Job summary

Genstru Consultants invites a dedicated geotechnical laboratory technician to join our Pune team. You will conduct soil, rock, and building material testing according to standard codes, operate and maintain lab equipment, and analyze results to prepare clear reports and actionable findings.

You will collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to integrate test results into project designs, develop and implement quality control procedures, and maintain a safe, organized workspace in line

Qualifications

• ITI or Diploma in Civil Engineering or BSc/MSc in Geology is required.
• Experience in geotechnical laboratory testing of soil, rock and building materials.
• Knowledge of standard codes and practices related to geotechnical testing.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
