Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dynamic geospatial workflows for real-time hazard and risk mapping
• Process multi-source geospatial datasets (satellite, SAR, rainfall, terrain)
• Build GeoAI/ML models for pattern detection, prediction, risk assessment
• Work with SAR datasets (Sentinel-1, ALOS, NISAR) for analysis
• Design and deploy web-based geospatial dashboards and applications
• Automate geospatial pipelines using Python/R

Qualification Master’s degree (M.Tech / MSc) in Geoinformatics / GIS / Remote Sensing / Geospatial Sciences or related fields from a reputed university/institution (preferred)

We are seeking a highly skilled Geospatial/GeoAI Analyst to work on dynamic risk-mapping platforms and real-time hazard-monitoring systems. This is a hands-on, production-oriented role requiring strong expertise in geospatial coding, SAR data processing, and GeoAI-driven analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dynamic geospatial workflows for real-time hazard and risk mapping
• Process and analyze multi-source geospatial datasets (satellite, SAR, rainfall, terrain, etc.)
• Build GeoAI / ML models for geospatial pattern detection, prediction, and risk assessment
• Work with SAR datasets (Sentinel-1, ALOS, NISAR) for deformation, flood, or hazard analysis
• Design and deploy web-based geospatial dashboards and applications
• Automate geospatial pipelines using Python / R-based frameworks
• Integrate outputs into operational early warning systems and decision-support platforms

Mandatory Skills

Strong programming skills in:

Hands-on experience with:

• ArcGIS & QGIS
• SAR data processing and analysis (Sentinel-1, InSAR preferred)

Experience with

Google Earth Engine (GEE)

Solid understanding of:

• Raster and vector data handling
• Spatial analysis and modelling
