You will build ML models, fine-tune LLMs, and collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals while applying best practices in data privacy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in relevant roles.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.
• Experience developing and deploying machine learning applications.

As a Generative AI - Associate 2, you will be at the forefront of designing and developing data solutions that transform raw data into actionable insights, driving informed decision‑making and business growth. What You Must Have

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required- Experience developing and deploying machine learning applications
• Understanding data privacy and compliance regulations
• Hands-on experience with fine-tuning and quantization of LLMs & RAG
• Proven experience in chatbot design and development
• Practical knowledge of ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn
• Skilled in object-oriented programming with languages such as Java, C++, or C#
• Relevant certifications in GenAI tools and technologies preferred
• Experience in implementing Model Context Protocol (MCP) preferred
