As an Agentic AI Developer – Senior Associate, you will focus on utilizing advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data‑driven decision‑making. Within our Data, Analytics & AI practice, you will leverage skills in data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling to support clients in solving complex business problems. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections, learning how to manage and inspire others while navigating increasingly complex situations. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Finance
• At least one of the following: Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or predictive modeling/ML (Python, SAS)
• Strong Python skills and working knowledge of SQL
• Experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions
• Deep skill in TypeScript, React, and Node.js, with strong Next.js (App Router) experience
• Develop backend APIs and services using Python (FastAPI, Flask) and/or Node.js (Express) to serve AI capabilities to end users
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployment workflows
• Hands‑on work with agentic AI and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Claude Agent SDK), job queues, and event‑driven systems
• Experience putting LLM and AI APIs into production, plus a strong grasp of application security
• Demonstrating proficiency in Python for machine learning applications
• Utilizing data analysis software to derive actionable insights
• Engaging in algorithm development to enhance data processing
• Applying analytic research skills to support client projects
• Adapting to diverse client needs in a fast‑paced environment
