Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India seeks a Generative AI - Associate 2 to design and implement data pipelines, ML models, and chatbot solutions for diverse clients. You will work with global teams across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services, applying GenAI tools to transform data into insights.

You will develop robust data infrastructure, mentor juniors, and align projects with business goals in a fast-paced environment. Strong technical foundation and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/DS/Statistics.
• 2+ years of experience.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Experience developing ML applications.
• Understanding data privacy regulations.
• Hands-on fine-tuning and quantization of LLMs & RAG.
• Proven chatbot design and development.
• Proficiency with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• OO programming in Java/C/C#/related.
• GenAI tools certifications preferred.
• Experience with MCP.

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required- Experience developing and deploying machine learning applications
• Understanding data privacy and compliance regulations
• Hands‑on experience with fine‑tuning and quantization of LLMs & RAG
• Proven experience in chatbot design and development
• Practical knowledge of ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit‑learn
• Skilled in object‑oriented programming with languages such as Java, C++, or C#
• Relevant certifications in GenAI tools and technologies preferred
• Experience in implementing Model Context Protocol (MCP) preferred
