As a Generalist Service Representative II, you execute the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of customer products and processes. You perform preventive, reactive, and corrective maintenance, ensuring seamless operations regarding safety, quality, availability, and performance. You identify customer needs that can be addressed through Schneider Electric's value offerings, contributing to service growth. Your mission is to provide technical expertise in maintaining and repairing customer equipment, adhering to standard operating procedures and guidelines. Your impact is felt through improved product reliability and increased customer satisfaction. You possess specialized knowledge and skills in technical service delivery, focusing on implementing and designing technical processes related to customer equipment maintenance. You apply conceptual knowledge or broader experience-based applied knowledge of services to deliver results that have some impact on others. Your decisions typically focus on methods, tactics, and processes to complete technical tasks. You solve routine and non-routine problems independently, by applying an understanding of technical concepts or applied expertise. You work independently with general guidance in adherence to policies, procedures, quality, and compliance standards and may seek guidance for more complex issues.

Execute Installation, commissioning, perform preventive/ reactive/ corrective maintenance and (onsite) repairs based on Standard Operating procedures and guidelines, supporting seamless operations of customers’ product/ process in terms of safety, quality, availability/ reliability and performance. Complement Services growth by identifying customer needs that can be met through Schneider Electric value offerings.
