About the Role

We are looking for an experienced General Manager – Wellness, Hospitality & Restaurant to manage overall operations, business development, sales, revenue generation and team management.

The role will oversee Ayurveda, Naturopathy, Yoga, Wellness, IPD/OPD, Restaurant and Hospitality operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall IPD/OPD Ayurveda and Naturopathy operations.
• Oversee Yoga, Wellness, Restaurant and Hospitality services.
• Drive business development, sales, revenue and profitability.
• Develop corporate tie-ups, referral networks, partnerships and new business opportunities.
• Work with digital marketing/social media teams to generate enquiries, footfall and revenue.
• Drive wellness packages, treatments, events, restaurant promotions and repeat business.
• Ensure high standards of customer/patient experience, service quality and hygiene.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management of the team.
• Manage budgets, expenses, procurement, vendors and operational KPIs.
• Prepare regular business and performance reports for management.

Skills

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Wellness, Ayurveda, Naturopathy, Yoga, Holistic Healthcare, Wellness Resorts or Hospitality.
