Job summary

LIVSPACE is seeking a General Manager – Sales & Design to lead regional business growth, drive sales performance, and ensure profitability. You will oversee large teams across sales, design, and operations, build scalable processes, and enhance the customer journey from consultation to final design.

You will own revenue targets, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and CX to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in sales leadership, business management, retail, or related industries.
• Proven experience in leading large teams and driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of sales conversions, revenue management, and P&L.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in home interiors, furniture retail, real estate, or lifestyle businesses preferred.
