About the Opportunity:

We are hiring an experienced General Manager – Manufacturing & Operations for an established engineering and industrial machinery manufacturing organisation with international operations.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for a technically strong, people-focused professional to lead site operations, drive operational excellence and collaborate with global leadership to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead overall site operations across manufacturing, project engineering, quality, supply chain and service.
• Drive operational performance, productivity, quality, safety and continuous improvement.
• Oversee project execution, installation, commissioning and service delivery.
• Manage operational budgets, procurement priorities and resource utilisation.
• Develop high-performing teams through effective leadership, coaching and cross-functional collaboration.
• Work closely with global leadership on business priorities, operational performance and strategic initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

• 15–20 years of progressive experience in industrial manufacturing, engineering or capital equipment industries, with demonstrated leadership responsibility.
• Mechanical Engineering background with strong technical and manufacturing operations expertise.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams, operational performance and engineering projects.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, stakeholder management and decision‑making skills.
• Exposure to multinational operations, ERP systems and PMP certification will be an added advantage.

Additional Information:

• Transportation: Company transport available from Warje to Khed Shivapur.
• Travel: Approximately 10–20%, as required.
