Job summary

BharatPe Capital is seeking a Chartered Accountant with 8+ years of post-qualification experience to lead finance controllership for its NBFC business.

You will own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring Ind AS/IFRS compliance, RBI regulations, and statutory requirements. The role collaborates with auditors and cross-functional teams to strengthen controls and drive process excellence.

Qualifications

• CA with 8+ years post-qualification experience in finance controllership within NBFC/financial services.
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, Ind AS/IFRS, audits and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
