Job summary

Real Ispat & Power in Raipur, Chhattisgarh is seeking an experienced General Manager – Finance & Accounts to lead the finance function for multiple real estate projects. You will oversee financial planning, project accounting, cost control, compliance, taxation and MIS reporting.

The ideal candidate has 15–20 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, with CA/CMA and MBA in Finance preferred, and proven multi-project financial management.

Qualifications

• CA / CMA mandatory; MBA – Finance preferred.
• 15–20 years of overall Finance & Accounts experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Real Estate.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for multiple real estate projects.
• Develop project feasibility models including IRR, NPV and cash flow projections.
• Oversee project-wise accounting, WIP, cost allocation and revenue recognition.
• Ensure compliance with Ind AS 115 and RERA / CG RERA.
• Monitor construction costs, budget vs. actuals and variance analysis.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, treasury and fund allocation.
• Liaise with banks and financial institutions for project financing.
• Lead internal and statutory audits and strengthen internal controls.
• Prepare MIS, project profitability, cash flow and budget vs. actual reports.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced General Manager – Finance & Accounts to lead the finance function for multiple real estate projects. The role will be responsible for financial planning, project accounting, cost control, RERA and statutory compliance, taxation, treasury, audits, MIS reporting and overall financial management.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in real estate project finance, RERA compliance, project accounting and multi-project financial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for multiple real estate projects.
• Develop project feasibility models including IRR, NPV and cash flow projections.
• Oversee project-wise accounting, WIP, cost allocation and revenue recognition.
• Ensure compliance with Ind AS 115.
• Monitor construction costs, budget vs. actuals and variance analysis.
• Ensure RERA / CG RERA compliance and 70% escrow account compliance.
• Oversee GST, TDS and Income Tax compliance.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, treasury and fund allocation.
• Liaise with banks and financial institutions for project financing and loan disbursements.
• Oversee customer billing, collections and receivables.
• Lead internal and statutory audits and strengthen internal controls.
• Monitor vendor payments, reconciliations and contractual/milestone-based payments.
• Prepare and present MIS, project profitability, cash flow and budget vs. actual reports.
• Lead, mentor and develop the Finance & Accounts team.

Candidate Profile

• CA / CMA mandatory; MBA – Finance preferred
• 15–20 years of overall Finance & Accounts experience
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Real Estate
• Strong knowledge of RERA, GST and Project Accounting
• Experience handling multi-project financials
• Strong leadership, analytical and decision-making skills.
