Responsibilities

• Litigation Lifecycle Management: Oversee civil, commercial, consumer, regulatory, arbitration, and criminal cases across forums.
• Counsel Coordination: Appoint, brief, and manage external counsels and senior advocates.
• Drafting and Review: Review legal notices, pleadings, written statements, affidavits, and appeals.
• Risk Mitigation: Assess legal exposure and advise on operational risk across business teams.
• Compliance Tracking: Maintain dashboards and ensure adherence to court timelines and directives.

Job description

We are looking for professionals with strong experience in areas such as commercial contracts, M&A, JV & collaboration transactions, corporate/legal advisory, litigation, civil & criminal matters, writs, consumer matters, land disputes, arbitration and medico-legal matters, depending on the role.

Candidates with relevant experience in healthcare, hospitals, or other regulated sectors will be preferred.
