Job summary

Paradigm Realty, a Mumbai-based real estate developer, seeks an Operations/Construction Manager (Construction) to lead end-to-end construction of residential, commercial and mixed-use projects. You will manage site operations, contractors, costs, quality, HSE and stakeholders to ensure timely, safe and cost-efficient delivery within approved standards.

The role requires extensive experience in complex projects and a track record of delivering on time across multiple locations in India.

Qualifications

• 15–21 years of construction/engineering experience.
• Experience leading residential, commercial and mixed-use projects.
• Exposure to site operations, HSE, cost and quality management.
