Job summary

Total Group in Delhi/NCR is seeking an experienced leader to head aerospace logistics operations. You will manage end-to-end air freight, customs, warehousing, and related activities for aerospace and aviation clients, driving revenue growth and profitability.

Lead a regional team, build key airline and MRO partnerships, ensure strict adherence to timelines and regulatory standards, and deliver high service levels for time-critical shipments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Aerospace Logistics business for Delhi/NCR.
• Manage end-to-end logistics operations for aerospace and aviation customers.
• Handle AOG and time-critical shipments with strict adherence to delivery timelines.
• Develop and maintain relationships with airlines, MROs, OEMs, aviation companies, and aerospace suppliers.
• Drive business development, revenue growth, profitability, and customer acquisition.
• Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee air freight, customs clearance, warehousing, transportation, and related logistics activities.
• Coordinate with international offices, airlines, freight forwarders, customs teams, and vendors.
• Develop solutions for complex and high-value aerospace shipments.
• Monitor operational KPIs, revenue, margins, service levels, and customer performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the regional operations and commercial team.
• Identify new business opportunities within the aerospace and aviation sector.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, pricing, and commercial proposals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, aviation regulations, customs requirements, and quality standards.
• Handle escalations and provide quick solutions for critical/time-sensitive shipments.
