Job summary

Jagruti Rehabilitation Center in Mumbai seeks a Regulatory Leader to obtain and audit all statutory licences and NABH accreditation for our rehab centers. You will own end-to-end regulatory compliance, MHCA, audits, SOPs and renewals, working hands-on with authorities.

The role requires strong process orientation and confidence in dealing with regulatory bodies across multiple branches and a large staff. You will drive proactive compliance and standardisation across operations.

Qualifications

• Lead and manage licencing and NABH accreditation processes.
• Ensure MHCA compliance and audits, SOPs and renewals.
• Collaborate with authorities and internal teams to maintain standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end regulatory licensing for all rehab centers.
• Prepare and audit accreditation documents and renewal timelines.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders to resolve compliance gaps.
