Job summary

Phoenix Business Consulting (Intelligent Enterprise) seeks an accomplished SAP Architect to design and govern large-scale SAP landscapes across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud platforms in Hyderabad. You will define end-to-end SAP technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and lead architectural assessments, solution reviews, and governance activities.

The role entails designing SAP workloads on AWS, Azure, and GCP; leading RISE and R&R transformations; migrating SAP ECC to S/4HANA;

Qualifications

12+ years of SAP Basis administration and platform management experience.
5+ years of SAP Architecture and Solution Design experience.
Proven expertise in architecting SAP solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Extensive SAP RISE and cloud transformation experience.
Strong background in SAP S/4HANA migration and SAP HANA platforms.
Hands-on experience with SAP cloud products and services.
Experience in enterprise SAP network and infrastructure architecture.
Strong experience in SAP performance tuning and optimization.
Experience integrating SAP solutions with enterprise Identity Providers.

Responsibilities

Architect and design complex SAP landscapes across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud platforms.

Analyze system bottlenecks and implement proactive performance improvement strategies.
Establish monitoring, alerting, and capacity planning frameworks.

Collaborate with network and security teams to ensure secure and resilient SAP connectivity.

Security & Identity Management

Design and implement SAP security architecture and authentication solutions.
Lead Single Sign-On (SSO) implementations using:
SAML 2.0
OAuth
OpenID Connect (OIDC)
Integrate SAP applications with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and third-party Identity Providers (IdPs).
Ensure compliance with enterprise security policies and SAP security best practices.
Support security assessments, audits, and governance initiatives.

Automation & DevOps

Develop automation frameworks to improve SAP operational efficiency.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation using:

Drive self-healing, monitoring, and operational automation initiatives.
Standardize and automate SAP deployment, patching, and upgrade processes.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP, cloud providers, and infrastructure teams.
Establish architecture standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.
