Job summary

Gold Plus Glass Industry in Haridwar seeks a seasoned finance leader to drive accounting, reporting, controllership, and risk management across the organization. You will strengthen internal controls and lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and digital reporting initiatives.

The candidate must have manufacturing sector experience with turnover above 5000 crores, at least five years at corporate level, banking exposure, and DRHP/equity investor handling.

Qualifications

• Must have manufacturing industry experience with turnover > 5000 crores.
• Corporate-level work experience of 5+ years.
• Banking exposure is essential.
• Experience with DRHP filings and equity investor dealings.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial accounting, reporting & controllership across the organization.

• Drive financial process standardization & continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead financial planning & analysis with budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes.
• Provide insightful financial analysis & recommendations to support business decisions.
• Develop financial models for growth, investment & cost-effective initiatives.
• Evaluate business cases, capital expenditure proposals & investment opportunities.
• Lead enterprise-wide financial risk identification & mitigation efforts.
• Support cash flow planning & working capital optimization.
• Assist CFO in treasury & capital structure management.
• Drive finance automation & digital reporting through data analytics.
• Partner with business heads to drive cost optimization & productivity.
• Manage internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations.
