Job summary

Novotel Hyderabad Airport is seeking a facilities professional to assist in maintenance of hotel equipment, ensuring quality and adherence to policies.

The role focuses on supporting the Engineering team, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with other departments to keep operations smooth.

Ideal candidates have ITI in HVAC/Fitter, 3 years experience in facilities or hotels, strong English, and professional presentation.

Qualifications

• ITI in HVAC/Fitter.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Facility management or Hotels.
• Good reading and oral proficiency in English language.
• Good communication and customer contact skills.
• Service oriented with an eye for details.
• Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team.
• Self-motivated and energetic.
• Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Engineering Supervisor & Assistant Engineer in maintenance and care of all the equipment.
• Maintain quality of work in order to meet the standards.
• To control and check all the equipment.
• Ensure to work according to the policies and procedures of the hotel.
• Ensure to handle and maintain all equipment’s properly.
• Any matter which may effect the interests of Novotel Hyderabad Airport should be brought to the attention of the Management.
• To abide by the mission statement of the Company and of the department.
• Assist the Chief Engineer to identify the major facilities and equipment requirements for the department and the property.
• Ensure correct maintenance of all equipment in conjunction with the other user departments & stay abreast of technological advances in surveillance & safety of equipment.
• Maintain all the equipment as per the specified standards.
• Maintain all tools and equipment as required.
• Assist other departmental personnel as necessary.
• Ensure to complete all the tasks assigned in an effective and efficient manner.
• Ensure to practice Safety in all aspects of the job.
