Job summary

Zeta Global in Hyderabad, India, is seeking a General Ledger (GL) & Commissions Analyst to maintain accurate financial records, manage GL activities, and oversee commission payments. You'll support month-end close and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

The role requires 2–5 years in GL or commission accounting, experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday) and advanced Excel. You will collaborate with Sales, HR, Payroll, and Finance to optimize processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, commerce, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in General Ledger accounting and/or commission accounting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, or similar.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Maintain commission data and documentation.

• Generate periodic financial and commission reports.
• Monitor trends and identify unusual transactions or payment variances.
