Zeta Global is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst in Hyderabad to consolidate entitlements and reconcile them against platform usage across multiple systems. The role emphasizes cost assignment, margin transparency, and revenue recognition support via structured tracking and dashboards.

You will work with CS Ops, BI, and Data Engineering to resolve data issues, perform monthly reconciliations, and produce variance analyses to identify revenue leakage and margin risks.

Qualifications

Required

• Familiarity with revenue recognition concepts, contract structures, and margin reporting.
• Advanced SQL skills (Snowflake preferred).
• Experience with Salesforce and enterprise data systems.
• Expertise in dashboarding tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience in SaaS, advertising technology, or data platform environments.
• Familiarity with Apptio or cost modeling platforms.
• Knowledge of platform metering frameworks.
• Experience working in a global, cross-functional organization.
