Job summary

Responsibilities

• Driving customer satisfaction by ensuring Record to Report activities are performed as per customer expectations and SLAs.
• Drive Customer Experience in adopting a solution oriented approach to achieve key SLA and customer requirements.
• In-depth knowledge of Intercompany, netting, hedge accounting.
• Collaborate with RTR CoEs and other GFSS workstreams to improve processes.
• Focus on internal controls, SOX compliance and accounting policies.
• Prepares monthly metrics reports for senior management and process teams to identify progress and opportunities for improvement.

• Drive Customer Experience in adopting a solution oriented approach in accomplishment of key SLA, customer requirements.
• In-depth knowledge of Intercompany, netting, hedge accounting.
• Work in partnership with RTR CoEs and other GFSS workstreams on improving process results and processes.
• Focus on internal controls especially to SOX, statutory requirements local as well as US GAAP, companys accounting policies .
• Prepares monthly metrics reporting for both senior management and the process team in order to identify areas where progress is being made or opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

Accounting Degree (CA), MBA-Finance or B.com. (Accounting) with required experience5-7 years of experience in RTR
