Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Generative AI Trainer to deliver engaging and hands‑on training sessions to corporate professionals, academic institutions, or internal teams. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of AI/ML concepts, hands‑on expertise with generative AI tools and frameworks (such as GPT, Stable Diffusion, etc.), and the ability to simplify complex concepts for learners of varying experience levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver in‑person training sessions on generative AI concepts and tools in Pune.
• Design and customise training content, lab exercises, and assessments based on audience needs.
• Conduct hands‑on sessions with tools such as OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face, and others.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in AI/ML and generative AI technologies.
• Assist in course design and continuous improvement based on learner feedback.
• Support learners through Q&A, mentorship, and project reviews during training.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align training content with industry expectations.

Required Skill Set

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals (supervised, unsupervised learning, deep learning).
• Expertise in generative AI models: LLMs (e.g., GPT‑4), diffusion models, VAEs, GANs.
• Hands‑on experience with tools/libraries:
  • Python (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, etc.)
  • Transformers (Hugging Face)
  • LangChain, LLMOps tools
  • OpenAI APIs, Anthropic, Google Vertex AI, or similar platforms
  • Prompt engineering best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML, with 1+ year in generative AI applications or teaching.
