Your Role

• Design and architect scalable, efficient Generative AI models and systems.
• Develop and implement Gen AI algorithms for applications such as text generation, image synthesis, and beyond.
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, integration engineers, UI developers, and software teams to deploy AI models into production.
• Lead the development of AI-powered applications and services, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Stay ahead of advancements in LLMs, Gen AI frameworks, ML, and cloud technologies, applying them to improve processes.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to teams and stakeholders.
• Conduct research and experiments to push the boundaries of Generative AI capabilities.

Your Profile

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML, with a focus on generative models.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or C++.
• Hands‑on expertise with AI/ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras.
• Proven track record of designing and deploying AI systems in production.
