Job summary

VRINDA INTERNATIONAL in Gurugram seeks a senior GenAI & Agentic AI Technical Leader – Associate Manager to define the technical direction of enterprise AI solutions. You will own architecture, governance, delivery and mentoring for complex GenAI integrations.

The role requires hands-on Python, GenAI/LLM expertise, and experience in designing scalable AI workflows, RAG, tool calling and secure, production-ready architectures.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Python development with GenAI/LLM experience.
• Experience designing and deploying GenAI/Agentic AI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering, model selection, and tool calling.
• Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases and semantic search.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, APIs and secure enterprise integration.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture for GenAI & Agentic AI solutions.
• Design AI agents, workflows, LLM integrations, RAG, APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Evaluate business use cases and select GenAI, Agentic AI, automation or hybrid approaches.
• Lead PoCs, productionization, technical reviews and architecture decisions.
• Drive scalability, security, performance, reliability, cost optimization and Responsible AI.
• Mentor Technical Leads and Senior Engineers.
• Build reusable AI architectures, frameworks, accelerators and enterprise patterns.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a senior technology leader with strong expertise in Python, GenAI, LLMs and Agentic AI to drive the technical direction of complex enterprise AI solutions. You will own architecture, technology decisions, delivery, governance and technical mentoring.
