Role Overview

Role: Gen AI Architect

Location: Noida

Experience Range: 7 – 10 Years

We are seeking a highly skilled Gen AI Architect / AI Engineer with deep expertise in generative AI, cloud-based AI platforms, and advanced data pipelines. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy state‑of‑the‑art AI solutions leveraging tools such as AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Huggingface, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Agentic AI, and Autogen. The role requires strong experience in Prompt Engineering, RAG, document and image intelligence, and synthetic data generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and optimize generative AI models for applications such as text and image generation, document extraction, and synthetic data creation.
• Apply advanced prompt engineering techniques and keep abreast of the latest AI/ML research and generative AI innovations.
• Develop, fine‑tune, and benchmark generative AI models for performance, scalability, and business objectives, comparing outputs across models for quality evaluation.
• Apply data science principles, including statistical analysis, data preprocessing, and machine learning techniques, to enhance model accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and product managers to integrate AI models into enterprise products and services.
• Ensure AI models are designed and deployed ethically, adhering to industry standards, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, with a focus on generative AI models.
• Strong hands‑on experience in Python and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Proficiency with Azure OpenAI, Open Source LLMs, LangChain, and other generative AI development tools.
• Solid experience in data science principles, including statistical analysis, feature engineering, and machine learning.

Preferred Qualifications / Skills

• Familiarity with Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), fine‑tuning, prompt engineering, and zero‑shot learning.
• Knowledge of NLP and computer vision for generative AI applications.
• Experience with AI pipelines and automation tools such as Semantic Kernel, Autogen, or Agentic AI.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on scalable, production‑grade AI solutions.
