Job summary

Simelabs is seeking a Lead AI/ML Engineer in Kerala to architect and deploy GenAI-powered solutions. You will design end-to-end LLM systems, build conversational agents, and drive scalable Python backends with FastAPI and vector databases.

The role emphasizes hands-on GenAI development, collaboration with product teams, and cloud-native deployment on AWS. Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination are essential for enterprise-grade implementations.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM development.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI Agents, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.
• Solid Python engineering skills with microservices experience.
• Proven ability to design end-to-end GenAI architectures.
• Cloud-native deployment experience (AWS preferred).
