Job summary

Hiringhood is seeking an experienced AI/ML engineer focused on Generative AI, LLMs, and agentic architectures. The role involves hands-on GenAI project delivery, RAG workflows, and automation pipelines.

You will build PoCs, guide best practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive AI initiatives while ensuring responsible AI and security compliance across cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Python, LLMs, Generative AI.
• Practical GenAI project implementations (e.g., RAG chatbots, domain models).
• Experience with ML libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow or similar.
• Strong understanding of AI architecture, embeddings, vector databases.
• Experience with model deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

Role Description

The role will drive the design, development, and delivery of AI/ML solutions with an emphasis on Generative AI, LLMs, and agentic architectures. Requires hands on expertise in implementation of GenAI projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivery of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions, implement GenAI workflows including RAG systems, fine tune LLMs, prompt driven agents, and automation pipelines.
• Build PoC / blueprint implementations to validate concepts.
• Guide AI/ML best practices, evaluate GenAI technologies, frameworks, and cloud AI services
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to shape AI initiatives
• Ensure responsible AI practices, enterprise security and compliance considerations

Required Skills

• Hands on experience in Python, LLMs, Generative AI, and core machine learning
• Practical implementation experience in GenAI projects (e.g., RAG chatbot, work automation, domain specific models)
• Experienced in ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow or similar) is a definite plus
• Solid understanding of AI architecture, embeddings, vector databases
• Experience with model deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD
• Familiarity with cloud AI platforms like Azure, AWS, GCP and cloud-based data and ML services
