Job summary

Simelabs is seeking a Lead AI/ML Engineer to drive Generative AI projects from design to production. You will own end-to-end GenAI architectures and deploy scalable LLM-powered solutions using FastAPI and vector databases.

The role emphasizes building conversational agents, multi-agent workflows, and RAG pipelines while collaborating with product teams to deliver enterprise-ready GenAI applications on AWS.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM development.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI Agents, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.
• Solid Python engineering skills with microservices experience.
• Proven ability to design end-to-end GenAI architectures.
