Job summary

Pi Square Technologies in Pune is seeking an experienced Generative AI Lead to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale AI solutions using LLMs, AI agents, and RAG. The role calls for technical leadership, architecture definition, and collaboration with business stakeholders to deliver innovative AI-powered outcomes.

You will mentor AI engineers, data scientists, and full-stack developers, drive PoCs and client discussions, and ensure production readiness and monitoring of GenAI

Qualifications

• Experience designing and deploying enterprise GenAI platforms.
• Strong Python development and API design experience.
• Experience with LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, and multi-agent frameworks.
• Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Python.
• Lead enterprise GenAI platforms and solutions.
• Define architecture for LLM-based applications, AI Agents, RAG systems, and multi-agent frameworks.
• Drive solution design using cloud AI services and open-source LLMs.
• Establish best practices for prompt engineering, model evaluation, guardrails, and responsible AI.
• Design scalable data pipelines for model training, fine-tuning, and inference workloads.
• Collaborate with business teams to identify AI use cases and transform them into production-ready solutions.
• Mentor AI engineers, data scientists, and full-stack developers.
• Lead PoCs, innovation initiatives, and client discussions.
• Ensure successful deployment and monitoring of GenAI applications in production
• Build secure, high-performance RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms using JWT and OAuth2.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs with internal and external systems.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and performance optimization
