Job summary

KAAPRO is seeking Diamond/Jewellery Graders with strong knowledge of polished diamond grading. Freshers with a grading certificate and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities include evaluating polished diamonds per grading standards, assessing 4Cs, performing inclusion plotting, and using grading instruments and software. Freshers will work under senior graders while gaining hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a Diamond Grading Course/Certificate from a recognized/reputed laboratory.
• Knowledge of 4Cs, colour, and microscope grading, clarity, polish, symmetry, and inclusions.
• Excellent observation and attention to detail.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to follow grading standards and SOPs.

Retention Policy:

• 10% of salary will be deducted every month till 2 years and you will get the deducted salary after completing 2 years with 5% of interest.
