Job summary

Vrinda International in Jaipur invites an experienced Diamond & Polki Grader to join our team at Jaipur City Office and Sitapura Office. You will assess, grade and inspect diamonds and Polki stones to industry standards.

The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of 4Cs, Polki jewellery, and quality documentation, with strong attention to detail and good communication.

This full-time role offers hands-on grading work and collaboration with production and QC teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in grading diamonds and Polki stones.
• Knowledge of Polki jewellery and traditional Polki techniques.
• Ability to maintain grading reports and quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Grade diamonds based on 4Cs – Cut, Colour, Clarity & Carat Weight.
• Inspect inclusions, blemishes, symmetry, proportions and overall quality.
• Evaluate Polki stones for colour, clarity, shape, size and appearance.
• Identify natural, treated and potentially synthetic/lab-grown stones.
• Inspect jewellery for quality, consistency and defects.
• Measure and record stone specifications accurately.
• Maintain grading reports and quality documentation.
• Coordinate with production, manufacturing, purchase and QC teams.
• Support final inspection of finished jewellery.
