Job summary

Capgemini Engineering India in Pune seeks an experienced MES/GE Proficy engineer to support shop floor integration and related MES applications. The candidate should own tasks and deliver on schedule, with FMCG/retail domain awareness.

Responsibilities include change control, tracking requests, solution development and rollout, ensuring reliable data flow and integration across GE Proficy and SCADA systems on the plant floor.

Qualifications

• Experience with GE Proficy MES and shop floor integration.
• Familiarity with ISA-95 is beneficial.
• Ability to own tasks and deliver on schedule.
• Strong interpersonal skills in FMCG/retail projects.

Job description

• Experience on ERP-Proficy Integration/Proficy/shop floor system integration/SCADA.
• Change Control , Tacking request, Solution Development, Solution Implementation and Rollout.
• MES Applications: GE Proficy Plant Applications, Production Executioner Historian, Industrial Gateway Server (IGS), GE iFIX
• Database: Microsoft SQL Server
• Operating Systems: Windows Server
• Web Server: IIS 7 & above
• Domain Expertise: FMCG, Retail
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Should be familiar with MES domain and terminologies. Understanding of ISA-95 would be added advantage.
