Job summary

Orcapod Consulting Services is hiring a Cloud Platforms & Infrastructure Engineer on a contractual basis. The role emphasizes Google Cloud Platform infrastructure including Compute Engine, GCVE, VPC, IAM, Ops, and GKE, with a focus on migration from on-premises to cloud.

You will work in Agile delivery pods, utilize Terraform for cloud foundations, and coordinate CI/CD pipelines with Git. PAN India location and immediate NP apply.

Qualifications

• Total experience 6+ years.
• Deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure components including GCE, GCVE, VPC Networking, Cloud IAM, Cloud Ops, GKE (Logging/Monitoring).
• Hands-on experience with server discovery, assessment, and migration tools (Google Migrate Center, Migrate to Virtual Machines).
• Strong background in on-premises infrastructure, VMware, bare-metal servers, Linux/Windows.
• Proficient in Terraform to deploy and manage cloud foundations.
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines and Git.
• Experience in Agile/Sprint-based delivery PODs for large-scale IT transformation.

JD :

• Deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure components, primarily Compute Engine (GCE), Google Cloud VMware Engine (GCVE), VPC Networking, Cloud IAM, Cloud Ops, GKE (Logging/Monitoring), and Cloud Foundation setup.
• Hands-on experience with server discovery, assessment, and migration tools (e.g., Google Migrate Center, Migrate to Virtual Machines).
• Strong background in on-premises infrastructure, VMware, bare-metal servers, and various operating systems (Linux/Windows).
• Proficiency in Terraform to deploy and manage enterprise-grade cloud foundations.
