Job summary

Epam Systems in India is seeking experienced Google Cloud Engineers to work across multiple locations. The role requires production experience on GCP and Python, with hands-on expertise across compute, storage, networking, and security.

You will implement IaC with Terraform, manage CM tools, containerize with Docker and Kubernetes, and set up CI/CD pipelines using GitLab/Jenkins. Strong Linux skills and shell scripting are essential.

Qualifications

• Production experience on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Python.
• Hands-on with GCP services: Compute, Storage, Data tools, Cloud Build.
• Strong knowledge of GCP Networking, IAM and security fundamentals.
• Experience with container orchestration using Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Terraform) and CM tools.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins, Bamboo, CircleCI).

We are currently looking for experienced Google Cloud Engineers to work in India for our offices at multiple locations.

Skills :

• Production experience on GCP +Python.
  • GCP Services - Compute(CE, AE, CF, GKE, CR, pub/Sub), Storage, Data tools, Cloud Build
  • GCP Networking fundamentals (VPC, VPN, Peering, Interconnect)
  • GCP Security fundamentals (IAM, Service Accounts, Workload Iden[1]tity)
  • Container Orchestration • Container Registry - GCR
  • Setting up of Load Balancer, Auto Scaling, databases, firewall rules etc.
  • Working knowledge of Backup and Recovery methodology and implementations on GCP.
  DevOps
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code Tooling like Terraform
  • Experience with at least one Configuration management tool like (Ansible, Packer, Salt, Chef, Puppet, etc.)
  • Experience with Containerization like Dockers and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with windows or Linux/Unix administration and Unix shell scripting (bash))
  • Experience with at least one Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment Pipelines and tooling (GitLab, Jenkins, Bamboo, Circle CI etc)
