Job summary

Tekskills is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer in India to own and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub, Jira, and Confluence. The role requires Groovy/Shell scripting, with Python/Perl/Ruby as a plus, and hands-on experience with Google Cloud.

You will work with Docker and Kubernetes, implement IaC with Terraform, and leverage Datadog for monitoring. Independence and strong troubleshooting across environments are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitHub, Jira and Confluence.
• Groovy or Shell scripting knowledge is essential; Python, Perl or Ruby are pluses.
• Familiarity with public cloud resources and services, especially Google Cloud.
• Terraform knowledge is beneficial for infrastructure as code.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Datadog.
• Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes container technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across test and production environments.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
