Job summary

Cloudxtreme in Hyderabad, India is seeking an experienced software engineer to contribute across cloud-native projects using Java, Python, and automation.

You will build CI/CD pipelines, manage containers with Docker and Kubernetes (GKE/Anthos), and work with GCP products like Dataflow, BigQuery, Cloud Functions, and Cloud Composer. This role requires hands-on cloud deployment and IaC tooling expertise.

Qualifications

• Proven programming experience in Java and Python.
• Strong scripting skills in Shell, Bash, and Groovy.
• Experience building and automating CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Solid understanding of Docker and Kubernetes (GKE/Anthos).
• Hands-on experience with Ansible for configuration management.
• Hands-on with cloud configurations, deployments, and migrations on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with GCP products like Dataflow, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, Cloud Functions, and Cloud Composer.
• Familiarity with Terraform for infrastructure as code.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Java/Python based solutions.
• Develop and maintain Shell/Bash/Groovy scripts for automation.
• Create and manage CI/CD pipelines and automate them with Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Containerize and manage deployments with Docker and Kubernetes (GKE/Anthos).
• Utilize Ansible for configuration management and automation.
• Configure, deploy, support, and migrate cloud applications on GCP.
• Work with GCP products such as Dataflow, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, Cloud Functions, and Cloud Composer.
• Use Terraform for infrastructure provisioning.
