Job summary

πby3 is seeking a seasoned GCP Engineer to design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform, with emphasis on landing zones, IaC, and cost optimization. You will implement Terraform modules, manage GKE, IAM, Cloud SQL, and Cloud Storage, and drive security best practices, governance, and cross-functional collaboration across multi-cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years IT experience with hands-on GCP in the last 3+ years.
• Experience with Terraform modules and reusable IaC patterns.
• GCP Landing Zone implementation is mandatory.
• Strong Kubernetes knowledge and microservices pattern familiarity.
• Solid cloud governance and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Develop and maintain IaC using Terraform, including reusable modules.
• Manage and support GKE, Compute Engine, IAM, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, Logging, Monitoring.

• Automate cloud operations using Cloud Functions and other GCP-native services.
• Monitor resources and drive cost optimization initiatives.

• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Microservices Architecture, and Cloud Governance/Security.
• Experience in Cloud Functions automation, troubleshooting, and cloud cost optimization
