Job summary

Intellics Global Services in Hyderabad, Telangana, India seeks a GCP Senior Support Engineer with 5–8 years of experience in cloud infrastructure. The role focuses on supporting GCP-based IaaS, networking, security and automation across on-prem-to-cloud integrations.

You will manage Terraform-based deployments, Terraform scripts, and Terraform environments while ensuring scalability and cost control. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with GCP Compute Engine, GKE,

Qualifications

• Experience with GCP infrastructure services including Compute, Storage and Databases.
• Hands-on with Terraform to manage cloud resources and repeatable deployments.
• Experience with security and IAM configurations in cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Support robust cloud architectures using GCP services for scalability, reliability and cost effectiveness.
• Configure and optimize GCP resources including Compute Engine, Batch, VM, Persistent Disk, Object Storage, NFS, RDS, Spanner/BigTable and serverless architectures (GKE).
• Manage complex networking including VPC, DNS, Load Balancers, CDN, Traffic Director and Interconnect for secure on-premises to cloud connectivity.
• Ensure security best practices across cloud environments by managing IAM, Cloud Armour, encryption strategies, Secret Manager, KMS, BeyondCorp and compliance.
• Monitor and analyze cloud performance metrics using Google Cloud Monitoring and other tools.
• Maintain detailed documentation of cloud architectures, processes and configurations.
• Understanding of ITIL Service Management (Event, Incident, Problem, CMDB).
• Automate setup, configuration and maintenance of complex infrastructure using automation tools.
• Work in Terraform including setup of Terraform environments, developing TF scripts, and importing existing environments.
• Hands-on experience of at least 2 years on IaaC (Terraform, Bicep, ARM).
• Support Azure Backup job monitoring, restore requests and runbook execution.

Work in Terraform including setup of terraform environment developing TF scripts importing existing environments is required

Hands on experience of atleast 2 Years on IaaC Terraform Bicep ARM

Support Azure Backup job monitoring restore requests and runbook execution

Knowledge to IAM Observability Tools
