Saxo is seeking an IT Operations Analyst to join a on-site team in Gurugram to monitor services and infrastructure for stability and availability. You will triage alerts, drive timely resolutions, and contribute to problem management activities across the service lifecycle.
The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, comfort working under pressure, and willingness to engage in rotational or shift-based coverage.
Location - Gurugram (Onsite)
Perform continuous monitoring of application services and underlying infrastructure to ensure platform stability and availability.
Triage incoming alerts, cases, and incidents, and drive follow-ups for assignment, investigation, and timely resolution.
Identify recurring issues and raise problem records and problem tasks in line with Problem Management practices.
Ensure incidents and problems are documented with clear descriptions and accurate Configuration Item (CI) mapping.
Adhere to established ITSM processes, including Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
Contribute to AI-assisted initiatives and continuous operational improvement within GCC.
Should possess strong analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills, with a high level of attention to detail, and can perform effectively in high-pressure situations.
Evaluate issues from multiple perspectives, navigate complexity, and clearly summarize problems and insights. Curious, collaborative, and outgoing individual who thrives in diverse environments.
Confident in communicating and taking the lead, while also willing to challenge the status quo when appropriate to drive improvement.
Willing to work in rotational or shift-based coverage models.
