We are looking for qualified and dedicated Gastroenterology Specialists to join a healthcare team across multiple locations in India. The role offers an opportunity to provide specialized diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing care for patients with gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive consultations and clinical assessments for patients with gastrointestinal and related conditions
- Diagnose and manage a broad range of gastrointestinal, hepatobiliary, pancreatic, and liver disorders
- Develop appropriate treatment plans based on clinical evaluation, investigations, and patient needs
- Interpret relevant laboratory, imaging, endoscopic, and diagnostic findings
- Perform or oversee appropriate gastroenterology procedures within the scope of qualification and clinical expertise
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans when clinically required
- Coordinate with physicians, surgeons, nurses, diagnostic teams, and other specialists for multidisciplinary patient care
- Provide clear explanations regarding diagnosis, treatment options, procedures, and follow-up care to patients and their families
- Maintain accurate patient records, clinical notes, investigation reports, and treatment documentation
- Follow established clinical protocols, medical ethics, infection-control standards, and patient-safety practices
- Participate in clinical discussions, case reviews, and quality-improvement initiatives
- Stay updated with advances in gastroenterology, diagnostic techniques, treatment approaches, and clinical guidelines
