Job summary

Siemens Energy India Limited is seeking a Gas Turbine Technical Solutions Engineer to join the Service Engineering team. You will support reliable operation of our gas turbine fleet and provide technical guidance across a broad range of topics and components.

In this role you will investigate technical challenges, develop practical solutions, and collaborate with regional and global partners to improve fleet availability and customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in gas turbines or equivalent field.
• Excellent knowledge of Gas Turbines including thermodynamic understanding.
• Structured, solution-oriented approach and ability to work in a team.
• Good written and spoken English skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain technical documents and data to communicate engineering instructions to partner organizations.
• Monitor and analyze fleet experience, risks and technical findings to support reliable gas turbine operation.
• Provide technical recommendations, perform engineering evaluations and risk assessments, and support the resolution of operational challenges.
• Collaborate with international experts and cross-functional partners to investigate technical issues and implement sustainable corrective actions and improvements.
